Gabriel Swire

Co-founder and partner at SOHO Group

Gabriel Swire, has 19 years of experience, with a strong background in design and project management. A Syracuse University Architecture graduate, he’s led high-profile projects, including luxury retail, custom homes, and bespoke NYC residences. Previously at CBRE-PjM and Zeckendorf Development, he excels in fostering a collaborative environment with clients, designers, and construction teams to achieve project goals. Gabriel lives in Riverside with his wife and two boys.

Matthew Sullivan

Co-founder and partner at SOHO Group

Matthew brings 16 years of experience in custom residential and high-end retail architecture. A Philadelphia University graduate, he balances design, site, and budget to create timeless, contextual homes. Licensed in Connecticut and New York, he is an active AIA Connecticut member. Matthew lives in Fairfield with his wife, two sons, and daughter, enjoying travel, golf, and all things Ireland.
