Matthew Sullivan is excited to see his passion for architecture grow as co-founder of SOHO Group. Whether new construction or additions/renovations to an existing home, he embraces the challenge of balancing the client’s program requirements, site conditions and budget in a tasteful way. Although not tied to a singular architectural style, Matthew places an emphasis on historical precedents and regional materials to create homes that are timeless and contextual.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Philadelphia University, is licensed in Connecticut and New York and is an active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Connecticut chapter. While working at boutique architecture firms in both New York City and Greenwich, he has gained over 16 years of experience working on custom residential and high-end retail projects.

Matthew lives in Fairfield with his wife, two sons and daughter. He enjoys traveling, golfing, landscaping and is a lover of coffee, salmon, mint and all things Ireland.
