Gabriel Swire, co-founder, and partner at the SOHO Group, is highly accomplished, with a strong background in design and extensive experience managing high-profile projects for both architectural firms and developers. Gabriel’s passion for architecture started at an early age and continued after graduating from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. Later evolving to play a lead role on projects that range from Burberry and Louis Vuitton Flagship stores, to an 8,000sf custom design-build home in Greenwich, CT.

With a successful track record as a project manager at CBRE and Zeckendorf Development, Gabriel managed projects from large-scale office building transformations and buildouts of model apartments to playing a crucial role in the signoff of interior finishes and coordinating apartment turnover in new construction New York City luxury condos. He excels in fostering a collaborative environment with clients, design, and construction teams to achieve project goals.

Gabriel’s well-rounded mindset and expertise in design serve as a solid foundation for effectively tackling any project. With 18 years of industry experience, he looks to continue to deliver exceptional results for his clients. Gabriel lives in Riverside with his wife Diane, and sons Ashton and Rylan.
